Our first Korean udon special and the ultimate winter warmer: Samgyeopsal Kimchi Jjim Udon.
A soul-soothing blend of tender pork belly, fermented kimchi, and aromatic dashi noodles, topped with a soft-boiled egg, perilla seed powder and a dash of Korean comfort.
Spicy, hearty and packed with flavour, this udon dish has been created in collaboration with Kyu Jeong Jeon and Duncan Robertson of Korean neighbourhood restaurants @bokmanbristol and @dongnaebristol.
Here to make the cold days a little warmer.
